What do you see? では、すべて一点ものの天然オパールを販売しています。

商品の特性上、お客様都合による返品・交換は原則としてお受けしておりません。

ご購入前に、商品ページに掲載している写真・動画・サイズ・商品説明をご確認のうえ、ご注文ください。

商品の破損・不良・誤配送について

以下の場合は、返品・返金等の対応をいたします。

• ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合

• 商品が配送中に破損していた場合

• その他、当店の責任による商品不良が確認された場合

商品到着後 7日以内 に、商品の状態が確認できる写真または動画を添えてお問い合わせください。

内容を確認後、返品・返金等の対応についてご案内いたします。

当店の責任による返品の場合、返送にかかる送料は当店が負担いたします。

天然オパールの特性について

当店で取り扱うオパールは天然石です。

天然石のため、内包物、小さなクラック、表面の凹凸、母岩、色むらなどが見られる場合があります。

また、オパール特有の色や遊色は、見る角度、光源、周囲の環境によって見え方が異なります。

できる限り実物に近い状態で撮影しておりますが、ご使用のモニターやスマートフォンによって、実際の商品と色味が多少異なって見える場合があります。

これら天然石特有の特徴や、商品ページの写真・動画・説明から確認できる個体差については、返品・交換の対象外となります。

キャンセルについて

商品発送前であれば、注文のキャンセルをお受けいたします。

商品発送後のキャンセルはお受けできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

返金について

返品・返金の対象となる場合、返品された商品の状態を確認後、原則としてご注文時のお支払い方法へ返金いたします。

クレジットカード会社などの処理状況により、返金が反映されるまでに時間がかかる場合があります。

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At What do you see?, every opal we offer is a natural, one-of-a-kind stone.

Due to the unique nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or personal preference.

Before placing your order, please carefully review all product photos, videos, dimensions, and descriptions.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We will provide an appropriate return or refund in the following cases:

• You receive an item different from the one you ordered.

• Your item arrives damaged during shipping.

• The item has another defect for which we are responsible.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos or videos clearly showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the details, we will provide instructions regarding the return and refund process.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

ABOUT NATURAL OPALS

All opals sold by What do you see? are natural stones.

Because they are created by nature, they may contain inclusions, small cracks, uneven surfaces, traces of host rock, or variations in color.

The colors and play-of-color of an opal may also appear differently depending on the viewing angle, lighting, and surrounding environment.

We make every effort to photograph each stone as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, smartphone, or other device.

These natural characteristics, as well as individual features visible or described in the product photos, videos, and descriptions, are not considered defects and are not eligible reasons for return or exchange.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

REFUNDS

If your order qualifies for a refund, the refund will generally be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your credit card company or payment provider.
