本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、What do you see?（以下「当店」といいます）が運営するオンラインストア（以下「本サイト」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。

本サイトをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 商品について

当店では、天然オパールを中心とした一点ものの商品を販売しています。

天然石は自然由来の商品のため、色、模様、形状、内包物、クラック、表面の凹凸、母岩など、一点ごとに異なる特徴があります。

また、オパールの色や遊色は、見る角度、光源、周囲の環境によって見え方が異なる場合があります。

商品写真・動画はできる限り実物に近い状態で掲載しておりますが、ご使用のモニターやスマートフォンなどの表示環境によって、実際の商品と色味が多少異なって見える場合があります。

商品の特性をご理解のうえ、ご購入ください。

2. 商品の価格

商品の販売価格は、各商品ページに表示された価格とします。

表示価格や商品情報に明らかな誤りがあった場合、当店はご注文確定後であっても、お客様へご連絡のうえ注文をキャンセルさせていただく場合があります。

3. ご注文について

ご注文手続きおよび決済が正常に完了した時点で、ご注文が成立します。

当店の商品は原則として一点ものです。

システム上の問題や複数のお客様による同時注文などにより、在庫が確保できない場合には、ご注文をキャンセルし、返金させていただく場合があります。

4. お支払いについて

本サイト上に表示される決済方法をご利用いただけます。

お支払い時期その他の条件については、ご利用いただく決済方法および決済サービス提供会社の定める条件に従うものとします。

5. 配送について

商品の配送方法、送料、発送時期などについては、当店が別途定める「配送ポリシー」をご確認ください。

天候、交通事情、配送業者の状況その他当店の合理的な管理を超える事情により、配送に遅延が生じる場合があります。

6. キャンセル・返品・返金について

キャンセル、返品、交換および返金については、当店が別途定める「返品・返金ポリシー」に従うものとします。

7. 商品の取り扱いについて

オパールを含む天然石は、強い衝撃、急激な温度変化、薬品その他の環境によって破損または変質する可能性があります。

商品到着後の使用、保管または取り扱いによって生じた破損、紛失、変色その他の損害について、当店の責任による場合を除き、当店は責任を負いません。

8. 禁止事項

本サイトの利用にあたり、以下の行為を禁止します。

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為

• 虚偽の情報を使用した注文

• 不正な決済またはその試み

• 本サイトの運営を妨害する行為

• 本サイトに掲載されている画像、文章、ロゴ等を無断で使用・複製・転載する行為

• その他、当店が不適切と判断する行為

9. 知的財産権

本サイトに掲載されている写真、動画、文章、ロゴ、デザインその他のコンテンツに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当店または正当な権利者に帰属します。

当店の許可なく、これらを複製、転載、改変、販売その他の方法で利用することはできません。

10. サービス内容の変更・停止

当店は、必要に応じて、本サイトの内容、商品の販売方法、価格、サービスその他の内容を変更または停止する場合があります。

11. 個人情報について

お客様の個人情報の取り扱いについては、当店が別途定める「プライバシーポリシー」をご確認ください。

12. 本規約の変更

当店は、法令の変更、サービス内容の変更その他必要に応じて、本規約を変更する場合があります。

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the online store operated by What do you see? (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. PRODUCTS

We primarily offer natural, one-of-a-kind opals.

As natural stones, each piece may have unique characteristics, including variations in color, pattern, shape, inclusions, small cracks, uneven surfaces, and traces of host rock.

The colors and play-of-color of an opal may also appear differently depending on the viewing angle, lighting, and surrounding environment.

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible through photographs and videos. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, smartphone, or other device.

Please review and understand the characteristics of each product before purchasing.

2. PRICES

Product prices are displayed on each product page.

If an obvious error is found in the price or product information, we reserve the right to contact you and cancel the order, even after the order has been placed.

3. ORDERS

An order is considered placed when the checkout and payment process has been successfully completed.

Our products are generally one of a kind.

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable due to a system error, simultaneous orders, or another inventory issue, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. PAYMENT

Payment timing and other conditions may be subject to the terms of your selected payment method and payment service provider.

5. SHIPPING

Natural stones, including opals, may be damaged or altered by strong impacts, sudden temperature changes, chemicals, or other environmental conditions.

Except where the damage is caused by us, we are not responsible for damage, loss, discoloration, or deterioration resulting from use, storage, or handling after delivery.

8. PROHIBITED USE

You may not:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes.

• Place orders using false or misleading information.

• Make or attempt fraudulent payments.
